We kindly request that the returned items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item arrived damaged or not as described, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
